By subscribing to, purchasing, or reading any Beer Marketer's Insights newsletter or other publication, and by using the BeerInsights.com or BevInsights.com website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

While Beer Marketer's Insights always strives for accuracy, Beer Marketer's Insights shall not be held responsible by losses or other claims as a result of decisions made from any information on this website or in our publications.

Fees and Payments

Current subscription fees are posted at www.BeerInsights.com. By subscribing, you agree to pay the Subscription Fees at the rates in effect when the subscription was begun or renewed. All fees and charges are nonrefundable, except that Beer Marketer's Insights offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee such that we will refund the unfulfilled portion of any subscription upon written request. Renewal fees may change, but the subscriber will not be responsible for new fees unless s/he renews. To change the billing address or method, please contact us at (845) 507-0040.

Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew until you cancel. You can cancel by sending your request to Beer Marketer’s Insights at 49 E Maple Ave., Suffern, NY 10901, by sending your request via e-mail to info@BeerInsights.com, or by calling (845) 507-0040.

Limitations on Use

All of our publications are copyright protected and protected by intellectual property laws. It is illegal under the Federal Copyright Law to retransmit or reproduce our newsletters or other publications in any manner, including for internal use, without our permission. Return/Refund Policy

At BMI, we strive to provide 100% customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your Beer Marketer’s Insights purchase, please call (845) 507-0040, or contact us via e-mail at info@BeerInsights.com.

Simply stated, we stand behind our products. We believe they are the best in the industry. If the product you purchased from Beer Marketer’s Insights is not what you expected, please let us know. We will gladly refund the unused portion of any subscription upon request.

Seminar and webinar payments are fully refundable until 60 days before the start of each event less a cancellation fee. If you need to cancel prior to the seminar you may (1) send a substitute from your organization or (2) apply your registration fee within 12 months to another seminar or subscription fee(s) of your choice. Please note that no-show registration fees will not be refunded. Substitutions may be made at any time.
